Dear Delegates,
The Indian Society of Haematology & Blood Transfusion (ISHBT), European Hematology Association (EHA) and Eastern Haematology Group (EHG) will jointly host the 1st Highlights of Past EHA (HOPE) in Asia from 23rd August to 25th August, 2019 in Kolkata. It is with great pleasure that we invite you to participate in this event. The event will be held at The Cultural Capital Of India , Kolkata.
Thirty International Speakers from different parts of the world will descend to Kolkata to deliver their Highlight Talk. World Leaders and Eminent Indian faculties will deliver lectures on various facts of Haematological disorders. With this event the Pharmaceutical industry in India will get to witness the Academia - Industry interaction at the highest level.
The growth in the field of Haematology and Blood Transfusion has reached a great altitude over the last decades. With this event we believe that the attendees will have the scope to be exposed to advancements and can know what is most relevant and applicable to the region.
The Eastern Hematology Group (EHG), The Tata Medical Center, The Institute of Haematology & Transfusion Medicine (IHTM), The Department of Haematology, NRS Medical College in Kolkata along with the Bengal Society of Haematology (BSH),North East Chapter of Haematology and Transfusion (NEISHTM), Haematology Foundation of Bihar, and Odisha Haematology will organize this event in close collaboration with EHA.
The major highlights of this meeting are the recent advancements in Lymphoma, Myelomas, Myeloproliferative Neoplasm, Benign Haematology including Thalassaemia, Hemophilia etc. The delegates get to redefine genomic and personalize medicine at its very best.

Terms & Conditions :

  • PG students should submit ID-card or certificate from Head of department/Institution.
  • Registration fees will be based on the date of receipt of payment.
  • Entry to scientific sessions, exhibition area, felicitation ceremony will be restricted to the registered delegates only.
  • Only Spouse & Children can register as accompanying person. Accompanying persons between 6-11 years of age will be charged 50% of accompanying Odelegate fee and those above 12 years will be charged full accompanying delegate fee.
  • Registration for spouse/child must be done separately for each person as accompanying person.
  • Non-registered accompanying person is not entitled to conference kit.
  • Wearing of identity badge is always mandatory .
  • Govt. taxes are subject to change. Taxes during the time of conference will be applicable.
  • Only EHA members who have paid their membership fee are eligible to receive the discounted registration fee. Check your EHA membership status by Osending an e-mail to membership@ehaweb.org. Junior EHA membership fee is only 20 Euro,  click here for more information.

Cancellation / Refund Policy of Registration :

  • Cancellation will be processed against a written request sent to the conference secretariat.
  • Cancellation will be permitted till 30th June 2019 without any charges.
  • Cancellation from 1st July to 31st July 2019 will attract a fine amount of 50% of the registration fee.

  • No cancellation will be allowed after 31st July 2019.
  • All refunds will be executed 4 – 6 weeks after completion of HOPE ASIA 2019 KOLKATA, please note the refund is subject sole discretion of the Organising   Committee.
  • All disputes are subject to West Bengal Jurisdiction only.

Travel grants

The European Hematology Association will award travel grants to junior doctors and students from the SAARC / ASEAN countries, who have submitted an abstract, to support them in attending HOPE Asia 2019.
The travel grant application deadline has passed. For more information, please visit the EHA website.

TRAVEL GRANT By Organizing Committee

APPLICATION FOR TRAVEL GRANT
Those participants (India only) who Submitted the abstract and will present the Poster during conference will get Travel grant on actual up to Rs 8000 maximum by Organizing Committee of HOPE ASIA 2019.
Terms and Conditions –

  1. Need to register for the conference as Delegate at www.hopekolkata2019.in.
  2. Need to participate in Quiz Session, Poster Presentation to become eligible for Travel Grant.
  3. If your Abstract got accepted, then the Presenting Author (only) will get the benefit of this travel grant.
  4. Travel Grants includes –Travel cost (On actual up to Maximum 8000 INR)
  5. Travel grants winners also get complimentary accommodation in double shared occupancy
  6. There will be no age bar to get this benefit.
  7. Must be Indian citizen, resident of India and practicing in Indian Medical Hospitals.
  8. Travel Grant applicable for both Students and other delegates.
  9. Send Application for Travel Grant through the email (hopekolkata2019@gmail.com) after Registration and abstract submission.
  10. Last date of Submission for Travel Grant Application -31st July 2019.
  11. If Delegates book their tickets by its own, will reimburse at the Conference Venue or Organizing committee of HOPE ASIA 2019 will book the ticket if you send the preferable Travel Plan before 31st July 2019 [Remember Maximum Travel Grant].

Hooghly River

Kalighat Kali Temple
